Job Description - Campaign Manager\rGeneral Description:\r\r\r The Campaign Manager will execute strategic, highly effective, dynamic digital campaigns—from strategy and production to trafficking and troubleshooting, working with the largest brands in America.\r Working with products that lead the agency ad server market and facilitate the management, delivery and measuring of all forms of digital advertising across desktop, tablet and mobile.\r 2-5 years of experience in digital media operations; client-facing/support positions at digital publishers, interactive creative agencies or digital media buying agencies with extensive experience working with media vendors.\r The Campaign Manager role is a key function within the business – it requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage the full life cycle of online ad campaigns and satisfy the demands of multiple stakeholders (media agency, creative agency, publisher) often to tight deadlines.\r An awareness and understanding of online ad technology, the full trafficking process and the digital media and digital marketing landscape is vital.\r\r\rPrimary Job Functions:\r\r\r End to end campaign management from timeline management, campaign setup, delivery of ad files /ad tags through to troubleshooting and reporting\r Campaign Manager will implement third-party tracking such as DFA or Atlas on behalf of agency partners\r Build out comprehensive Decision Trees (delivery rules) per client strategy\r Liaising regularly with internal teams as well as Creative Agencies, Media Buyers, Publishers, Digital Marketing, and Media Owners to ensure smooth delivery of all aspects of campaign\r Handling multiple campaigns at any one time and meeting tight deadlines, while providing support to clients\r Taking a pro-active lead in understanding potential problem areas and ensuring they are avoided or resolved\r Troubleshooting creative, site tagging and tracking issues that may arise throughout the process\r Identifying process inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflow\r Provide monthly reports to internal finance team, work with clients or sales manager to actualize billing when applicable\r\r\rRequired Skills:\r\r\r A comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel)\r Knowldge of Ad Serving platforms is a plus, particularly third-party ad serving tools, such as DoubleClick, DFP, Sizmek, etc.\r Demonstrated ability with HTML, Flash, and other forms of technical code\r Understanding or direct experience of how ad servers work (DFA, Atlas, Pointroll, Sizmik, etc)\r A basic understanding of the Digital Media and Digital Marketing ecosystem\r Familiarity with web inspection tools, such as Fiddler, Charles or Ghostery\r Understanding of interactive media\r Client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues\r Strong project management skills\r Strong desire to contribute to a team\r Enthusiastic about technology and startup environment\r Highly autonomous, self-directed and independent in both work and learning, with a desire to quickly learn and develop new skills.\r Proven customer service experience, with excellent communication skills both internally and externally.\r Exceptional oral and written communication skills\r An analytical mind capable of learning quickly and adaptive to change\r\r\r
