The Marketing & Social Media Strategist – Field & Internal Support role is an essential position within MRI

Network, an executive recruiting and staffing franchise organization, to ensure the MRI

Network Marketing Department is maximizing value to the franchisees, through leading the execution of various marketing strategic initiatives. Main marketing initiatives will be focused around field and desk-level marketing resources and marketing support to MRI

Network Corporate departments & programs. Role’s success will be judged based on the quality and quantity of marketing support provided to franchisees.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Lead and execute franchise field desk-level initiatives and support through the creation of customizable marketing tools and templates – with a heavy focus on social media.

Create awareness of desk-level marketing tools and resources among franchise offices, provide training and consulting on a one-on-one or one-to-many basis, train, consult, and create awareness of desk-level marketing tools and resources to franchise offices.

Support execution of marketing training strategy through joint initiatives with Learning & Talent Development department, FDMs and internal Marketing department vehicles to effectively educate the field on how to properly use marketing resources.

Work with internal Marketing team to strategize and develop turn-key social media campaigns for execution by franchise offices.

Strategize, develop, and execute social media campaigns across all MRI

Network Corporate social media platforms.

Proactively review and analyze current franchise social media efforts, provide feedback and solutions, and host regularly scheduled social media training webinars.

Support our new franchise offices to get them up and running on initial marketing offerings (execute clerical duties in NOD marketing class and provide in-person training).

Execute field marketing support that will effectively and efficiently provide high volume, high quality support to offices.

Support the marketing needs of internal MRI

Network departments (Contract Staffing, Operations, and Learning & Talent Development).

Support the marketing needs of internal MRI

Network programs (CSAM, Owner 2 Owner, revenue generating programs).

Manage basic marketing updates to franchise intranet, The Resource, through content management program.

Manage basic updates to public facing website, MRINetwork.com, through content management program.

Complete and/or support additional marketing projects upon request.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES

Requires 2 years related experience in marketing, business or related field, or equivalent experience.

Must provide examples of past professional social media experience.

Must have strong organizational and project management skills, including ability to track programs/projects over long periods of time.

Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills, including public speaking.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills for communication with internal staff, franchisees, external vendors, and others.

Must multi-task in a fast paced, team oriented environment and use effective time management skills.

Demonstrated customer service skills such as working within a franchise community framework.

Strong understanding of the latest technology trends, such as mobile devices and social media.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook as well as Internet familiarity.

Ability to coordinate several projects/responsibilities simultaneously.

Basic knowledge of recruiting industry and skills within Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and HTML a plus.
