Digital Marketing Team at Pure
The Pure Storage Digital Marketing team is focused on delivering world-class, dynamic, and intelligent online experiences that engage and delight our prospects, customers, partners, and employees globally. The team is focused on optimizing every digital touchpoint and conversion trigger to grow revenue, shift to new sales models, and expand into new markets globally. The team is responsible for global paid and organic search, paid media, social media marketing, purestorage.com and the digital analytics that ties it all together.
We are looking for an outstanding Digital Media Strategist who will be responsible for planning and optimising Pure’s paid digital media program in EMEA, overseeing media agency relationships, and tracking and reporting on digital media performance. You will work closely with the global and theatre digital marketing leads, integrated marketing, and field marketing to develop a digital media strategy that aligns with business goals and drives demand for the theatre. This position is based in Staines, UK.
The Digital Media Strategist will develop the strategy and oversee the execution of strategic paid digital media initiatives in EMEA that expand brand awareness, drive customer growth, and ultimately increase conversion into sales opportunities. This includes managing agency and publisher relationships, ongoing optimisation of the digital media mix, and measurement and analysis of media initiatives.
We are looking for a team member who has a proven track record of rolling up their sleeves to get the work done, thrives on analysis to refine how to optimise and has a global mindset. This role will pioneer new approaches and tactics by contributing to enterprise-wide digital strategies, and new approaches to brand storytelling. This role will report to the Manager, APJ and EMEA Digital Media.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead the strategy, planning, execution, reporting and ongoing optimisation of EMEA paid digital media programs including paid search, programmatic media and retargeting, and content syndication
Collaborate with global digital team, integrated marketing, and field marketing teams to develop a paid digital media strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives engagement and demand for the EMEA theater.
Manage EMEA agency resources to ensure optimal media mix is achieved across media channels, business units, and regions to drive demand and meet paid media targets
Consolidate reporting from agencies and vendors into singular dashboard to showcase digital media performance to Digital Marketing and EMEA field marketing leadership and various theatre teams.
Work with EMEA agencies and Digital Analytics team to ensure all tagging and pixels are implemented and functioning properly.
What You Bring To The Team
Proven work experience managing paid media programs in the B2B technology space and across EMEA markets
Deep understanding of digital media channels
Solid knowledge of SEO and keyword research
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
Excellent analytical, organisational, project management and time management skills
Adobe AEM, Adobe Analytics, (Adobe Marketing Cloud) Marketo, SFDC experience
3-5 years of digital media experience and/or digital marketing strategy and execution management
Experience working with and collaborating with agencies & outside vendors
Strong understanding of key digital media KPIs, analysis and reporting
Strong team player with ability to develop effective working relationships across the company, including regional and global marketing teams
BS/BA degree preferred
