Job Description
The Manager, Enterprise Paid Media reports to the Director within Aetna's Paid Media Team. This individual is responsible for supporting the development and execution of national and local paid campaigns, in support of Medicare Marketing and Sales initiatives, to drive prospect leads and sales. This individual will act as a key liaison between the Medicare Regional, national acquisition, SNP, an Retention Marketing teams and our external media agency partner, ensuring that every investment in Paid Media is strategically aligned, and effectively achieves business goals. The Manager will also work with the Sr. Manager and Director of Paid Media to ensure that local efforts are synergistically aligned with our holistic Medicare strategy. This person will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have the flexibility to take on opportunistic ad hoc requests.
- Partner with the Director and external media agency, to oversee the strategic development and execution of local media efforts across multiple Medicare markets
- Provide guidance on local media, inclusive of offline channels (print, out-of-home, radio, TV), digital (display, video), and experiential/local media sponsorships
- Liaison between local Marketing stakeholders, external agency partners and cross-functional teams across Marketing, creative, and operations
- Manage local media efforts from beginning to end, ensuring that processes are followed, and deliverables and timelines are met
- Package media recommendations for key stakeholders in an accessible format
- Apply best practices from inside and outside CVS Health to drive meaningful and impactful solutions
- Support daily operations of the Paid Media team, including managing procurement submissions, and leading weekly calls on status of projects
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
4 years of prior, relevant marketing experience required; agency experience or within internal media department preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Motivated self-starter, process-oriented with high attention to detail
- Flexibility to accommodate multiple projects with competing priorities
- Experience building media campaigns, preferably using multiple media channels (e.g., TV, Radio, Digital)
- Experience in hyper-local media planning/execution, and targeting low-income populations preferred
- Ability to find creative solutions to meet our business challenges, then manage feedback from multiple stakeholders and adjust accordingly
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively
- Strong persuasive skills; able to gain consensus through influence
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines
- Experience in Direct Response and Branding preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship development skills
- Adept at media math and manipulating data in Excel
- Ability to work in fast-paced team environment
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (HS Diploma 4 years of relevant experience) required.
