We are seeking an expert Paid Media Manager to develop and be responsible for managing media planning and buying to help fuel Twitter’s global growth. Lead day-to-day media planning and buying for direct response (UA) and brand campaigns while also helping to push long tail marketing projects
Work cross functionally with data analysts, market researchers, engineers, product managers and the creative team to drive performance
Maintain a high standard of quality for reporting and campaign delivery
Implement, sustain and craft new processes to ensure the successful execution of digital campaigns and technologies
Manage portfolio of media vendors with light oversight. This includes, but is not limited to: new partner onboarding, contract negotiation, campaign tracking QA, and invoicing
Utilize all internal and third-party data sources to drive data supported decisions
Investigate incremental opportunities to reach the target consumer with prepared point-of-view, recommendation and potential alternative options
Promote a culture of shared learning through cross functional education of the media/growth discipline
Customer driven and a strong believer in the importance of data driven decisioning
Strong device agnostic planning and buying experience (i.e. desktop, mobile, OTT, etc.)
Experienced direct response marketer (additional branded media experienced desired)
You are inventive, with proven analytical skills
You possess digital media fundamentals including: ad serving, tracking & tagging, audience segmentation (data activation), dynamic creative, programmatic buying, & remarketing.
You have a strong knowledge of mobile and multi-touch attribution
Youre experience in using syndicated research tools including: ComScore Plan/Media Metrix, Brand Studies (i.e. Nielsen, Millward Brown, Interpret, etc.)
You use your analytical eye to extract trends from large data sets and a creative mind to translate said trends into insightful findings
Advanced level Excel knowledge (SQL a plus) and presentation skills
A minimum of three (3) years of digital/mobile marketing experience
Diverse professional background with both client and agency experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of mobile tracking is non-negotiable
