We are looking for a strong & creative training manager to guide the development of retail training and channel programs that will support Geforce GTX and SHIELD product lines by building strong retail advocates and consumer influencers. In this role you will collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, & Channel Marketing Teams as well as key channel partners to maximize the chances to create consideration for NVIDIA that ultimately drive increased sales.

What you will be doing:
Handle development, acquisition, and archiving of assets for the learning management system.
Identify and create exciting assets designed to communicate the GEFORCE and SHIELD value proposition in order to build an engaged audience of Brand Advocates.
Plan and design instructional experiences that include certifications, program achievements, and advocacy rewards.
Lead the execution processes for launching periodic sweepstakes and rewards programs from start to finish.
Master the localization processes for training content and incentives.
Collaborate with Creative Services to create video walk-throughs of partner gaming content as well as NVIDIA gaming and streaming products.
Develop & execute an approach for live streaming the training and engagement content for target audience.
Establish and grow cross-functional relationships to develop content aligned to business objectives and deliver maximum impact of our training programs.
Run the program customer service and address all concerns promptly.
Work closely with the Collegiate Esports team to ensure the delivery of training assets, user group administration, and program requirements.
What we need to see:
4 year college degree in Media, Marketing, or similar
5 years of content management with experience in video and streaming projects.
Tech savvy; able to pick up and play any new technology device quickly. Personifies the NVIDIA lifestyle.
Solid knowledge base of gaming & streaming entertainment devices and networks. Early adopter and user new devices.
Knowledge of Esports including familiarity with teams, leagues, games, and events.
Strong communications skills, both verbal and written. Proven experience using social networks in support of advocacy and engagement on behalf of a brand.
Strong presenter. Experience presenting live, on television, or web broadcasts or in front of large groups of several hundred people a strong plus. Demonstrated experience using live streams, online chats, and forums for advocate and consumer engagement.
Familiarity with instructional design or experience in presenting complex products.
Familiarity with web design languages and user flow scenarios.
Microsoft Office, Adobe Professional Suite, & Apple Suite. Image manipulation experience.
Video production, editing, and encoding useful.
Advance knowledge of streaming technologies and signal flows.ï
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and learning management systems (LMS).
Flexible, able to adapt to ever-changing marketplace and work environment.
Strong teammate, able to develop relationships across a wide array of partners and build support for core mission.
