Internal Communications Specialist','1845950','!*!This position is responsible for creating content and managing processes and projects that support our internal communications agenda, including print, electronic and digital communications, and special projects as assigned. Reports to Sr. Manager – Communications.

Create and manage employee-facing content for internal communications channels to include weekly electronic publications, internal social platforms and company intranet.

Develop communications plans for special projects, working with key stakeholders on communications that help meet business objectives and developing written, graphic and video content as needed.

Serve as business partner for key business functions.

Provide support to Corporate Affairs team.

3-5 years of experience in corporate affairs or corporate communications department or communications agency.

Solid work history of creating compelling content for various mediums: online, video, print and face-to-face.

Excellent writing ability and skills used to produce employee communications.

Proven project management capabilities for complex deliverables, including program launch communications, change management projects, town hall meetings and leadership conferences.

Ability to work with a variety of people at all levels of the organization with minimal supervision and to meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding work environment. 

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications or similar.
