We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager to join our respectful, fast-paced and growing team. Candidates are most successful in this role when they support the social strategies for MTi and serve as POC for clients. Develop and execute paid and organic social media initiatives that drive leads, brand awareness, drive customer growth and increase conversions.
Able to provide a personal and professional portfolio of past campaigns across multiple platforms
Bachelor's Degree in related field (advertising, marketing, communications, etc.), or equivalent combination of education plus work experience
Exempt-Salary $60k annually
This role will provide the strategy and ongoing support for listening, proactive engagement across all social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google , and YouTube).
Analyze KPIs and report on social media engagement metrics to provide a clear sense of value for social initiatives and drive towards defining ROI.lic relations, brand and legal to ensure social media inclusion and alignment.
Collaborate across functions and work cross-functionally with paid media, email marketing, and event planning
Must have hands-on experience executing paid and organic social media campaigns.
Ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problems in a client-centric environment.
Establish measurements and success metrics where none currently exist
Track and monitor social response, and flag any key issues/opportunities within social communities
Constantly innovate and push our thinking on how to offer a best-in-class social media experience
Manage content strategies for paid and organic social campaigns to increase brand awareness and deliver qualified sales leads
Manages review of social media marketing campaigns through ongoing measurement and review of campaign-related data and reports to increase effectiveness across a variety of social media channels.
Coordinate end-to-end execution process of social media posts with agency partners, including content ideation, creative development, messaging, campaign configuration, audience targeting, budget management, campaign tracking, and landing page optimization
Implement a “test-and-learn” mindset to continuously refine and optimize social campaigns
Manage agency partners to ensure social strategy and KPIs are met and aligned with business/brand goals.
5 years of social media/digital marketing experience required
Developing/managing social media marketing initiatives and campaigns in a corporate setting.
Strong written, organizational and interpersonal communication skills are required.
Must be detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, independent worker who can lead social media projects
Deep understanding of Social Media platforms, capabilities and social media management tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
