Discovers Digital Marketing team is seeking a dynamic paid media strategist to join our eBusiness marketing group to target existing card members. This person will lead the implementation of our Paid Search and Display marketing initiative to card members. We are looking for a marketer who revels in online campaign management, is comfortable with data and exhibits a curiosity in testing the latest targeting and creative techniques. The ideal candidate has a passion for testing and analytics that is balanced with a strong creative instinct. This role will work closely with the Digital team, external vendors\/agencies and key stakeholders across the business. The paid media strategist will lead the implementation of multiple campaigns designed to test creative, build and scale addressable audiences in order to drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities Full end to end campaign execution from design, documentation through to delivery and results presentation Focus on building strong collaboration across business partners and advising on ideal campaign set up and paid medias role in a multi-channel approach Knowledge of all digital media channel with particular interest in driving digital innovation and digital audience segmentation through the use of Programmatic buying as well as direct partners. Direct campaign and relationship management with key platforms such as Facebook, Google \u2013 setting campaign deliverables and execution along with post-campaign reviews Cross functional digital team engagement \u2013 driving campaign level decisions to influence targeting, media selections and audience selections Management of display and search tracking tactics to ensure accurate measurement Oversee the day-to-day operations of campaigns Manage accurate forecasts, media plans, and all key media planning documentation Promoting a risk-aware culture, ensuring efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to require standards and processes. Skills\/Experience Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 6 years of professional work experience 3 years of industry experience in a digital media role with a proven track record of success in media\/programmatic space Strong critical thinking skills with ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and collaborate across internal stakeholders to meet goals Possesses strong media fundamentals. Passion for media innovation that delivers measurable business impact. Ability to explain digital media concepts to business partners Strong desire to balance between data-driven nature of todays media environment and ability to deliver creative innovation around experiences.
