MarketPlace comprises the management of digital media in the agency, with a focus on SEM\/SEO, Paid Social and Programmatic. Media Supervisors work hand in hand with the Account Group and\u00a0Strategic Planning to ensure integration of media objectives, strategies and advertising output. Responsible for on-going client relationship building, strategic media planning, inspiring innovative ideas and mentoring Media Planners. Responsibilities: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client's business\/brand, the consumer journey, and the marketplace to identify meaningful insights Execution of digital media campaigns Master and teach the use of general and media industry tools and systems Supervise work of Planners and Assistants Active involvement in meetings\/brainstorm sessions Meet with media representatives to evaluate opportunities Write POV's and client facing communication Drive the professional development of subordinates, and participate in the performance evaluation of direct reports Supervision of budget tracking, management and reporting. Manage the resolution of billing discrepancies Participate in the writing of presentations, and present work to internal and external constituents Leadership: including leading day to day client operations, management of internal teams, thought leadership and POV development. You know how to train and supervise internal teams ensuring best in class strategy and execution. You know how to communicate with clients verbally, in written form and have strong presentation skills.\u00a0 Qualifications 3-4 years of hands on experience in the strategy, execution & optimization of digital media campaigns with a focus in SEM, SEO and Paid Social. Programmatic experience extremely helpful tools Experience working in Google AdWords, Bing ads, DoubleClick (DCM\/Dart Search) platforms and running a variety of media tactics within those platforms such as SEM, GDN, Retargeting, RLSA, Video and Shopping.\u00a0 Analytical skills, both the ability to interpret overall social performance and paid campaign performance (within and beyond KPIs of social platforms)\u00a0 Strong points of view regarding paid social best practices\u00a0 Hands on experience working in social platforms natively (Facebook\/IG, Twitter, Pinterest, Linkedin, Snapchat) and within PMD technology for paid social media Excellent writing skills.
