As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll act as a brand ambassador in the employer marketplace, telling the story of Target as a top choice in a sea of other places to work, and showing candidates what it’s really like to work somewhere they already love. Core Responsibilities• Plan and execute recruitment marketing elements for Stores/DC & HQ including but not limited to job board advertising, digital advertising, social media, out of home and print advertising• Serve as a first point of contact for field and HQ advertising requests• Work as a consultant and liaison to internal and external partners through clear communications and timelines • Work closely with Target’s marketing teams, creative teams as well as external recruitment marketing agency• Partner with content strategist to ensure that the Target Employment brand is correctly represented• Serve as a resource for TA leaders, recruiters/sourcers and process business partners/consultants with job advertising needs• Serve as a trainer to Field and TA HR teams on the role of our job advertising team and the support we provide to their business• Assist with planning and execution of enhanced media plans based on market specific needs: Company-wide campaigns: Back to School, Seasonal (Stores & DCs)  etc.• Utilize job distribution systems to post jobs to various online job boards• Track and maintain recruitment marketing budgets• Ensure timely communication and follow-up of all Employment.Brand inbox requests• Follow company procedures as it relates to HR best practices and handling confidential information• Assist team with development of presentations and materials• JOB REQUIREMENTSo Ability to influence without authority and partner with others to deliver resultso Good organizational and follow-up skillso Bachelor’s Degreeo MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)o Desire and ability to innovate and evolve existing processes/best practiceso Demonstrated collaboration and strong interpersonal skills; must be able to establish credibility with all levelso Strong problem solving skillso Excellent written and verbal communication skillso Highly organized and able to handle multiple taskso Strong project management and follow-up skillsDESIRED REQUIREMENTS:o College Degreeo Prior Marketing/Media experienceo Knowledge of Target policies, procedures and HR processes,identifier:HUM00051W,industry:1162862,title:Recruitment Marketing Business Partner,url:,hiringOrganization:{@type:Organization,name:TARGET},jobLocation:{@type:Place,address:{@type:PostalAddress,addressLocality:Minneapolis,addressRegion:Minnesota,addressCountry:United States,streetAddress:0501 - HQ MN Minneapolis Downtown,postalCode:}}}
