We get to the heart of ‘why’ consumers do what they do and the products, companies and causes they support.Key ResponsibilitiesClearly and compellingly present Resonate’s media solutions, primarily to media buyersMaintain full ownership of your territory/assigned target clients – from lead generation through successful deal closeGenerate a high volume of quality face to face meetings to build a strong revenue pipelineProvide regular sales forecasting, sales plans, and other “heads up” reporting to sales management Engage in a consultative sales process to understand each customer’s goals, and determine where Resonate can deliver maximum valueCollaborate with the Resonate product team to communicate customer requirements and deliver business solutionsWork with internal teams (Product Management, Client Insights, Ad Operations, Research, etc.) to identify tools needed for client successUse entertainment budgets intelligently for networking and client engagement activitiesQualifications & Experience REQUIREMENTSMinimum 4 years of proven sales success in online media and/or targeting systems is required; experience with other media is also a plus, but you need direct experience in the selling and placement of digital advertisingStrong foundation of contacts & relationships within the digital media space; with a proven ability to open doors and develop/grow new client relationshipsSuccessful sales track record at or above quota and demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline for systematic successSuperb solution and consultative sales skillsBachelor’s Degree required Personal Success Characteristics – you will do well here if you…Are resourceful and proactively reach out to and cooperate with internal/HQ resources to help you succeed (especially critical for remote employees)Have endless curiosity about clients’ business challenges and the problem-solving skills to help them find solutionsLearn fast, apply what you’ve learned, and build on it with your personal experienceHave a high level of personal drive and discipline, and a desire to achieve new heights in your careerEmploy a systematic approach to your selling.
