Job Description I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives . The Associate Acquisition Manager \u2013 Paid Media assists with paid marketing strategies as it relates to Digital Media goals and metrics with budgets of 4MM annually. This position assists with campaign setup, testing and reporting in a timely manner where the environment is fast-paced, ever-changing, and demanding. This work requires strong collaboration within the team and active participation in plans and initiatives. This position is also expected to be aware of the changing environments of paid media sources. II. Essential Job Functions Weight % Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results 55% - Set up, test and monitor on a daily basis, various search, display and engagement paid campaigns around set parameters and budgets. Create and manage A-B and multi-variant test campaigns across platforms according to the Senior managers testing schedule and provide input on testing schedules. Assist with research and recommendations on key word and traffic trends. Assist with writing and editing marketing copy as it relates to optimization and implementation of campaigns. Adhere to established processes, coordinating with internal parties on development of display and landing page creative, as well as product fulfillment. 20% - Work collaboratively with other acquisition team members to understand brand voice and acquisition offerings. Research and document competitive efforts, industry trends, and new and innovative opportunities in paid. 20% Pull and monitor daily results, communicating findings and recognizing in a timely manner any issues or concerns. Maintain campaign reporting. 5% - Participate in other projects as required to meet Digital Media goals. 100% III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered. Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business or Journalism, or similar area(s) of study; or equivalent training or experience Experience: Minimum 2 years\u2019 experience in a related field. Expertise in MS excel or equivalent. Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Required skills, search marketing; strong data analysis skills; ability to work independently; ability to give and take direction from a variety of levels; keep projects on track and communicate progress in a clear concise way; aptitude to think proactively; experience with search analysis tools; marketing copy writing experience. Knowledge of interactive marketing and understanding of site design and development. Needs to be extremely organized and detail oriented.
