Media Sales Jobs

A media sales person is responsible for targeting new clients and selling in media campaigns. A media sales person establishes and maintains working relationships with clients, designs creative advertising solutions to meet their requirements, and presents a dynamic new business pitch. A media sales person may sell advertising space to current and new advertisers. A media sales person is a source of new business. A media sales person monitors competitors, chasing relevant leads to increase advertising revenue. A media sales person builds relationship with clients by telephone, email, and letter. A media sales person works towards individual and team revenue targets. A media sales person generates revenue and sales through effective telesales activity. A media sales person is expected to meet call targets and increase advertising revenue in their chosen type of media.
A media sales person should have a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a relevant field and 1+ year of experience in sales and marketing. A media sales person should have excellent communication skills and good convencing skill. A media sales person should have ability to work effectively in a team.
