Senior Media Jobs
A senior media coordinator troubleshoots billing and payment issues and resolves them by communicating with the appropriate team members. A senior media coordinator receives audits and guides all media activities. A senior media coordinator reports year-to-date media expenditures, monthly accruals, and outstanding invoices to clients and summarizes and communicates monthly billing expenditures by clients to management. A senior media coordinator performs quarterly and yearly media billing and fee reconciliations with the agency and its clients. A senior media coordinator is responsible for the media planning and buying activities for brands as their in-house media affiliate. A senior media coordinator develops and publishes a range of multimedia training resources which are used by public and private sector organizations. A senior media coordinator manages all stages of a given project, taking briefs, writing proposals, devising creative and technical approaches, drawing up schedules, calculating budgets, commissioning instructional designers, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
A senior media coordinator position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in journalism or a related field and three to six years of media experience on the agency or client side. A strong candidate should have strong mathematical and organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, etc.), and have experience in media buying and planning.
